Easiest snack is trail mix--raisins, other dried fruits, whole-grain cereal (skip the granola, it's actually not good for you at all), and M&Ms.

Mashed potatoes, meatloaf, fresh veggies and homemade biscuits is the best unhealty-healthy meal for me!

Or simply a baked potato with multiple topping options--cheese, sour cream, butter, chopped chives, chopped onions, steamed broccoli, fresh salsa, etc. Unhealthy and healthy.

Banana Bread
Healthy fruits, unhealthy processed sugar/butter.

2/3 c. butter or margarine
1&1/2 c. Splenda or sugar
2 eggs
1&1/2 c. mashed bananas
2&3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz) container fat-free yogurt (I like vanilla or banana)

In a small bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Set aside.
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and bananas and beat until well blended. Add 1/2 flour mixture, stir to combine, add yogurt, stir to combine, add rest of flour mixture and beat until just blended. Spoon batter into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350o for about 20-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

It's not super low-fat, but it's TONS lower in calories and fat than most banana bread. And much, much lighter and tastier than the applesauce-instead-of-oil varieties.

Almost everyone loves Rice Krispie Marshmallow Treat bars. This recipe for Rice Krispie treats is an older recipe that makes bars which don't fall apart easily (compared to the recipe on today's boxes).
These are always a big hit at work; they're usually gone in record time.

Ingredients

1/4 cup regular margarine or butter

1 6-10 oz. package regular marshmallows (about 40)
OR

4 cups miniature marshmallows

5 cups Kellogg's Rice Krispies cereal

What to do

Place a small lump of margarine into a paper towel and use to grease a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan, then wipe the pan off with a dry paper towel. This will keep the bars from sticking to the pan when they are placed on it.

Measure margarine into 3-quart saucepan; melt over low heat. Add marshmallows and cook, stirring constantly, until marshmallows are melted and mixture is very syrupy. Remove from heat.

Add Rice Krispies cereal; stir until well-coated.

Spread warm mixture in the greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Using waxed paper or buttered spatula press firmly into an even layer. (I normally use a butter knife to do this; dipping the knife into a glass of water occasionally will keep the Rice Krispies from sticking to it as you shove them into the pan)

Cut into squares when cool. (This is normally about 10 minutes after placing the mixture into the pan.)

Results
24 2-inch square bars.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aMER1

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

how about chicken and rice?

Take four chicken breast cut into medium size chunks, one big can of Campbell's cream of chicken soup, one cup of water, 1 cup of minute rice, salt and pepper, and put it in a baking dish, stir it all together, (My recommendation is to put some of your fav. shredded cheese on top after you stir all the stuff together,) Bake at 375 for 45 min, and BAM! Instant good meal. It's pretty decent meal, but as for the junk part, how about cokking up some fries to go with it?
