"Gott segne dich."

Edit: If you mean the good wish after a sneeze, in Germany we say "Gesundheit!"

In case of a sneeze, you say, "Gesundheit!" which means "health!"

If you are really trying to say "God Bless You," you say, "Gott segne Ihnen ein," or if it's someone you know very well, "Gott segne dich ein."
