Have a certified tech look at it, but whats common on those vans is the fan module. They are usually mounted in a tough spot to get to. You need to access it from the bottom left front corner. Its tucked on the frame close to the radiator. The best way to check them is to just unplug it and see if they turn off. Seen quite a few of them fail over the past few years. But like anything, you need to have it properly diagnosised, but thats where I would start at, the fan module.

If the fans come on when you turn on the key when the engine is cold, chances are the fan relays or the temperature sensor is bad.

The thermostat control may have a short circuit,,or you may be very low on radiator coolant.
Make sure you attend to this ASAP, because the plymouth 4cylinder engines do not forgive easily if you let them get too hot.

get it checked put soon cause overheating the engine can cause a simple part repair to become a multi-thousand dollar fix......better safe than sorry

The temperature sensor might be bad.... take it to a shop and have them look at it.

best yo take it to a mechanic , something might be wrong with engine (too hot, = over heat)
