Perfectly OK,
Most religions can cause good or harm (kind of depends on your perspective doesn't it?), I personally disagree that Christianity causes more harm than other religions though....
You know what you believe it should not make any difference what we think!

Ther are two types of religion mentioned in the Bible, and that you have to choose the best:
1. Pure and true religion, James 1:27
27 Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.
2. Vain religion, James 1:26
26 If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man's religion is vain.

Deism:Deism is a religious philosophy and movement that became prominent in England, France, and the United States in the 17th and 18th centuries. Deists typically reject supernatural events (prophecy, miracles) and divine revelation prominent in organized religion, along with holy books and revealed religions that assert the existence of such things. Instead, deists hold that religious beliefs must be founded on human reason and observed features of the natural world, and that these sources reveal the existence of one God or supreme being

Religion as well as gods are creation of man.He was baffled by the inexplicable mysteries of the universe. He was baffled by thunder, sun and so on.. So he started worshiping the unknown. Then religion and priests came. Races and different religions.Priests started exploiting the ignorance of the people.By and by some of the religious leaders became kings and kings became all powerful. They started waging war, spreading hatred and even today this continues.
So I feel that you should reject both even if you admit a cosmic power.

People cause harm, not religion. Those people are usually hypocrites. They're not fooling God.
But I can't judge them...so..
At any rate, Christianity is about a relationship with God, not religion. Jesus came to save souls, not start a religion.

Why not? How could a single compilation of books written by mortal men ever explain something that is beyond human understanding? If you feel good about what you believe and how you practice, I see no problem. There are many people in the world that feel the same.

I agree with you 100% !! I am just like you and look I even wrote a quote the other day it goes like this: All this religions of the world just create division among us. I strongly believe in God, and I have a strong faith, I am a person of unity not a divider..

Absolutely. There is nothing wrong with believing in a superior power or supreme being in your own way. Our laws are based on Judeo Christian belief system, and you have the right to believe however you wish.

Yes, but it doesn't matter what we think. What do you feel? For me I feel that in my reading and studying religion that it was mostly translated by MAN. Religions can be good for some people, but find it within yourself to figure out what is good for you. If you believe in GOD, and not religion, and it make you feel good, that it is okay. The FAITH we all speak of is really and should be the FAITH within yourself. If you don't have faith in yourself, you can have faith in anything else
