I feel sick and I want to know the best way to treat my flu like symptoms

fever reducer, and anti-nausea medicines along with warm clear fluids, light bland meals and rest. Really, that's all you can do.

i've got confidence you're turning out to be in easy terms a heavy chilly, with the flu you could't do something the suited way i will describe it somebody or something heavy is pushing you down and you cant upward push up, you do not have any power, all the bodyaches, your head OMG you cant raise it devoid of soreness, gentle hurts your eyes, you have a temp or warm and chilly flushes, you dont have an urge for foodstuff, i latterly had the flu it took 2 weeks to bypass then i become left with a chilly the (tail end of the flu) it become awful plus i had to seem after my toddler. Flu is amazingly debatiltating no longer something works no medicine, i did use lemsip for flus and chilly, heat beverages, lots of painkillers,lots of relax,

Go to bed! Grab yourself a hot water bottle, take some paracetamol and get as much rest as you can :)
Flu lasts a week so just make sure you don't tire yourself out.

- Get plenty of rest.

- Drink extra fluids, at least one glass of water or juice every waking hour.

- Take acetaminophen, aspirin, or ibuprofen to relieve fever and head and muscle aches. (Do not give aspirin to children and teens under age 20.)

Stay in bed and take the liqid of medical required and it will go away in about 5 days

OTC meds for temporary relief, Nutritional balanced diet, PLENTY of water and PLENTY of rest. Let the illness run it's path.

lots of fluids and bed rest
aspirin for fever and contac for a runny nose.
