Go to bed! Grab yourself a hot water bottle, take some paracetamol and get as much rest as you can :)
Flu lasts a week so just make sure you don't tire yourself out.

- Get plenty of rest.
- Drink extra fluids, at least one glass of water or juice every waking hour.
- Take acetaminophen, aspirin, or ibuprofen to relieve fever and head and muscle aches. (Do not give aspirin to children and teens under age 20.)
