Taco Seasoning Mix
2 teaspoons instant minced onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon crushed red peppers
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

The chili powder is a good start. Also cumin, maybe some crushed red pepper, salt and pepper, maybe some garlic. Cumin and chili powder are pretty key. I always make mine from scratch.

Salt,pepper, garlic powder, cumin. Brown meat , add seasoning ,chili powder,and chopped onions and cilantro (if you have it). Once meat is browned drain off fat, add two or three tablespoons of your favorite salsa meat, stir , taste. Enjoy!!!

Well just add anything you like and don't worry that's what taco seasoning. But mis it in a bowl first then use it but think of what you got and like and go for it. Be an Iron Chef!!

chili powder, 1 sm. can tomatoe paste, cominos (cumin),salt, pepper,a few cloves of garlic,onions. i dont give measurments for the other ingredients because i add what i want, how much i want. and i always taste it as i go. but brown your meat and onions together and as it cooks add the other ingredients. this is my kids fave! we looove tacos!

cumin ,onion powder,cayenne pepper(not to much),garlic powder.
Add this to your chili powder,you should be ok.
top with fresh cilantro if you have it ,or the spice also.
