By asking for an allowance or more responsibilities from your parents. Dishes, garbage cans, cutting the lawn, and all types of things, do tasks for elderly neighbors-They pay a good amount.
It's good you are taking responsibility and trying to make your own money, I have no CONCEPT of money whatsoever, I think the stuff grows on trees.
Good luck to you

When I was 11 years old I had a newspaper route. It felt like all the money in the world and got me plenty of work and communication experience.
Something easier and perhaps more practical is something that a friend of mine did from elementary school through high school; he went to costco and bought a huge 24 pack of candy bars and would come to school everyday and sell them for a dollar each. If you buy them in bulk you can get king size bars for about 12 bucks and if you sell them all you take home 12 bucks. He started to sell out everyday and eventually hired other kids to sell it to thier grades. Once eveyone knows you as the candy man you're the richest 11 year old in your school.
Also, if your parents will permit, walk around to your neighbors houses trying to sell candy or see if you can mow thier lawns or do yardwork for them.
You've got the desire, now you have to work smart to get money in your pocket. When you make enough to pay off whatever you buy you and your parents will be proud.

I made $200 in one week when I was 11 years old just sweeping sidewalks and driveways for a dollar a job. It was fun, too.
