Three days ago, I ate a steak sandwich on a poppyseed bagel along with parsley potatoes and juice. About 4 hours later, I experienced what felt like bloating? I felt like my stomach had gas trapped in it and tried burping it out. The next day, I had a slice of meatloaf, rice, 1.5 fish sticks, and mixed veggies with coffee for lunch. I ate a regular burger, small fries, and Sprite for dinner. I experienced weird stomach gas pains that night too. I took a couple Tums to try to ease it. Then I did 50 sit-ups to release some burping gas... That did help.

And my stomach is hurting again.

I'm 20, don't smoke, don't drink, no meds. What is the reason for these weird bloated pains?

Well, it's not really that much meat though. I found before that I wasn't eating enough meat. Whenever I would try to give blood, I'd be denied because my iron was low. So I've been trying to incorporate more meat in my diet. At least one serving of meat per meal, ya know?

And I am regular too...

When's the last time you took a good, healthy, stinkin', rank poop? Dropping the Cosby's off at the pool usually helps. Toot as much as possible without sharting yourself too. Everyone knows that's no fun. Good luck and happy shatting!

Thats wierd because the same thing has been happening 2 me and my friend, but i think it is because of the schools food because about 3-5 hours after lunch i get all gassy and bloated feeling... and its every school day? Ya mabe there is some wierd sickness going around in food.. i have no idea? But ya it might be the meat?

No real expert here,but i do believe everything people eat have differnt effects. It appears to me that you could possible just be getting gas,and sometimes its worse than others. I would suggest getting some Gas X or something to the sort. If the pain persist or gets worse,then go get a professional opinion, so that yo can know or sure.

Maybe you should stop eating so much meat, red meat is pretty bad and you maybe need a laxative to clean you up and start a better diet.

i would try to eat a more balanced diet, and try including more healthy grains and fruits and vegetables in your diet. you may just be eating food that are too heavy so u feel bloated. id try to cut back on the meats just a little

Oh i think of i'm getting the comparable element in easy terms i bypass numb(get the tingles) . i'm some days in the back of you i'm due 6-23. individually i think of they are working out of room in there! i'm 4'9'' and cant seem to come to a decision the place she is going to bypass! solid success woman. i'm hoping you're blessed with an basic delivery and a healthy toddler.

Its just some gas....did u keep your tummy empty for a long time before having your meal ?

You might just be having gastroenteritis..Sometimes your tummy just acts up. Have you had a good bowel movement lately? Maybe that's part of the problem.

stick to sprite and boiled food for like 3 days.stay away from meat ,chicken or fish.also from desserts or eggs.vegetable soup is the best option.also take some carbon pills.they help the gases out.if u have diarrea,take something to clean ur stomach,i dunno the name.get well soon :]

The same thing has been going on with me and a few of my friends...all of us have just been feeling really sick...who knows.
