Oh yes, I'm a 6' 3" male that is 255lbs. Couldn't you just see me in one of those cute little skirts?

Oh yea, and I'm 50 years old.

All-stars sucks up money like you would not believe. You want to comvince your parents, do some research and compare the costs for classes at local cheer gyms. You'll find that a lot of gyms will ask you to take a 1 hr tumbling class, a 1 hr stunt class, and a 3 hr routine practice (or some variation on that) in addition to paying for uniforms and accessories and travel arrangements etc.

Best way to get the answers to these qestions is to talk to the gym owners, or at least check out their websites if they have one.
