Cos they are stupid enough to sneak back in and get caught again.

Because our laws are not being enforced. The border of Mexico has become a revolving door of corruption. Making it pretty darn easy to be Mexican and a career criminal with minimul consequences.

They're deported if they don't have criminal records, too.

If they were kept here, it would just add to the overcrowding in our prisons... this costs tons of money and doesn't resolve any problems.
