From a Jewish genealogy view, yes.
Sons are sons of their fathers. Daughters are daughters of their mothers.
You would introduce a son as "David ben (son of) Samuel" and a daughter as "Sarah bat (daughter of) Miriam."
Unless you did not know who the father was, THEN you might say "Jesus ben Mary." But that would be a bit insulting.

Only if you're referring to Him in a spiritual sense, for His Heavenly Father is God Almighty. Mary was chosen to be His mother, but she had to be overshadowed by the Holy Spirit in order to give birth to Jesus. She didn't have relations with Joseph or any other man before then, but she was His mother in the sense that God chose her, not Joseph.

Jesus WAS the Son of Mary.... but He was more than that... it isnt 'wrong' .. but it isnt glorifying Him completely, because you make him 'under' Mary by saying that...

For a muslim, probably not as it's just one of their ways to reject/deny the divine nature of Jesus, Son of the one true God.
For a Christian, it would be demeaning.
