Ever come across one of these imposters?
They're out in public amidst the crowd. Trying to pass as a "non-believer". Soley befriending people with a hidden agenda to try and convert.
Beware.

That's not nice of them. I've run into them on the "other side", those pretending to be believers with an agenda to convert as well.
As a believer, I will befriend people. I do not attempt to try to convert on a hidden agenda. I will offer what I believe in response to questions and leave it to the people to decide whether or not to accept it.
Conversion is a personal thing. I get no "points" for conversion - unlike football where you get at least one point.

hell yeah! we see them at the punk shows and they try to talk their crazyness to my 6 year old, and it's like i'm right here, what the hell do you think your doing?
the ones that call themselves jews for jesus come into my synagogue, put on kippahs, and then try to tell a room full of holocaust survivors about how much they love the jewish people, but they have seen so many miracles performed in jesus' name.
I actually think this behavior is even supported by their churches - have you seen Jim and Tammy Faye Baker's kid Jay on IFC? it's sick. "go forth, disguise thyself as the sinner, and walk among them, so that they may yet be saved!" lol

You misunderstand people's hearts and actions. I have been a Christian for 31 yrs and have never met a true Christian who went "undercover" to preach to people. They state upfront who they are, and they may be annoying to you, but they are honest people trying to do good toward the people they are talking to.

I think so, but the Holy Spirit can help you avoid them. If they go against the bible , that's a dead give away also.
