There are many different causes to hypotonia. Sometimes it is just benign hypotonia and goes away with PT. Why is she getting OT and ST? If she is having other issues other than hypotonia (ie speech, poor fine motor skills), then she needs to have bloodwork by Geneticist for genetic causes. Has she had any regression? You really should pursue this with different Drs (Geneticist, Neurologist, etc) and do some online research. My daughter was diagnosed when I found her symptoms online.

the child does not use the toliet yet she tries but she can not control the muscles well enough for that . so she wear a diper.
she walks well . she is playfull and seems smart. she is a helper with the younger brother. she gets along with other children at this point and i think she would be fine with people except i can imagine that once she gets to big girl school the other kids will tease her. she does go to a day care now and this works great.
at this point thats about all that i can tell you .

hypotonia isn't actually a disease. It basically means that her muscles are more floppy than usual. There can be many causes, some of which are reversible and some of which may only get worse. If there is no improvement baby might need extra tests to find out what is causing it.

If there is a simple reversible cause, it could be sorted soon after diagnosis.
