I brought a gallon bottle of water with me to work today. I've been drinking it all day, it's all gone now. So I drank a whole gallon of water. Yet I haven't went to the bathroom all day. Is that strange?

Most of the time, inupt equals output. Except if you are dehydrated, then your body will use the extra water you put in it, less will be re-routed to the kidneys, thus the less you'll excrete. Also if you were hot all day and sweating, you would of been sweating some of the water out and less would have made it to your kidneys. Also if you were out drinking booze last night, that can dehydrate you severely. You can drink water like a horse the next day and not have to piss very much out!

If this is a true story, you may want to consult a doctor. You could be dehydrated, but not being able to urinate after drinking all that water could be a sign of trouble.

Check with a doctor if you don't "go" for while. You may "go" a lot tonight.

Call your doctor. You need to be see. Also remember people can drink too much water and it can kill you. Please call your doctor and get seen as soon as possible, so that you will know that every thing is alright.

But again seriously too much water can also be bad, so don't over do it.

I hope every thing works out alright for you.
