Paradise:
Hebrew- גַּן עֵדֶן (gan eden ["garden of Eden"]).
Arabic: جَنَّة (janna), or فِرْدَوْس (firdaus).
Hell:
Hebrew- גֵּיהִנֹּם (gehenom ["valley of the son of Hinom"]), or שְׁאוֹל(she'ol).
Arabic: جَهَنَّم (jahannam)

in hebrew, I beliveve "Paradise" is transliterated to "Pardes" but another term for what most think of as "Paradise" can sometimes be called "Gan Eden" (Garden of Eden)
I am not sure an accurate term for "Hell" as much christianity exists in hebrew.... but theres two terms/places that are frequently translated as "Hell", which are Gahenna and Sheol, but neither of these places are eternal punishment, or anything like that.

but .only now one for both hell and paradise:
Hell:
al-Nar
Paradise:
al-Jannah (not sure of the transliteration on this one)
as for hebrew i dont know

i only know in arabic..
hell is Jahannam; pronounication: Ja Hun Numb
paradise is Jannah; pronounciation is not hard
