I love this one, i think you will too
Orange Dream Smoothie
1 peach or nectarine or mango
3/4 cup orange juice (more for thinner consistency)
1/8 cup vanilla protein powder (or 1/2 cup plain yogurt or 1/3 cup tofu plus a few drops of vanilla extract)
1/8 cup (heaping) ground flax seeds
A few ice cubes
Mix together in blender. Makes about 2 servings.

A really good smoothie recipe:
Frozen fruit (raspberries & mango)
Cranberry Juice (not cranberry juice cocktail. You can find real cranberry juice at Trader Joes)
a little milk (to balance out the tartness of the cranberry juice)
a little bit of orange juice
ice
Blend them all in a blender until smooth.

I always make mine very healthy, 1 part yogurt, 1 part milk, and two parts fruit. I mix it up with the type of yogurt or fruit, but i dont rly add sugar, and I split it in half if it is for a healthy breakfast, or in thirds if it is for a snack. Its a whole serving of fruit and dairy!

A can of lite coconut milk (not cream), a mango, a banana, a splash of tropical cordial, and half a cup of skim milk. - makes about 3 serves.
Another favourite is a brekkie smoothie - a banana, cup of skim milk, tablespoon of honey, two tablespoons of muesli (adds an awesome crunchy effect!!) and three tablespoons of honey.

the great thing about smoothies is you can make them your own. use yogurt and any fruit you like or a combination of fruits a little honey and there ya go....oh, dont forget to put it in your blender with a little ice. you could use fruit yogurt and add extra fruit of your own...its up to your imagination....
