You could possibly be lactose intolerant.
With lactose intolerance, the result of consuming too much lactose is excess gas production, stomach aches and often diarrhea. Most lactose-intolerant adults can drink about 250 ml (8 oz) of milk per day without severe symptoms

Get soy chocolate milk, it's almost like the real deal.

You're probably lactose intolerant, which means that it's the milk, not the chocolate, that's causing the gas. Try switching to a lactose free milk, add the chocolate, and see what happens.

You are probably lactose intolerant. Do you have that problem when you eat any other dairy products? Try Lactose Free Milk. And for beans and other gassy foods try Beano. It is a liquid extract that you put in your food before eating it. They also have Lactose Free Ice Cream.

It could be that you are lactose intolerant. It probably isn't the
chocolate at all. You could try the vanilla soy milk. It makes
good chocolate milk.

try using a milk lower in fat ..... if you are using whole milk go to 2 percent. and so on .... if you are using skim milk don't drink as much.
