I want to make a bunch of one-dish meals that I can freeze (in disposable aluminum pans or freezer bags) and easily re-heat later. I'm pregnant, so I want to make a ton of meals now and have them so I don't have to cook after the baby is born. What are some good foods that will freeze and re-heat well?

Stews, soups and chilis are great! Not only can you easily make them in large batches, but they re-heat well. I would avoid ones containing seafood, though- it doesn't have the great re-heating repuatation.
