YOU NEED TO START A HOLE IN THE TOP IT AND MAKE IT WIDE ENOGH FOR THE MILK TO COME OUT

Drill a hole in the top - drain out the liquid inside.

I then split the coconut open and finely grate some of the top softer flesh.

I put a little of the liquid and the coconut flakes into a food processer and blend for a minute or two. Then pour the rest of the liquid into the blender and combine all.

Depending on the freshness of the coconut, it should make the coconut milk taste richer.

I buy coconut milk in a can.

Otherwise, I'd recommend drilling a hole and draining out the liquid, and then whisking in the solids.
