There are many reasons, it could be:
1. less cost per hour broadcasting and advertisement, and that listeners are interested to hear such broadcasting.
2. wide coverage of broadcasting.
3. radio is widely used by most people, and built-in in some consumer product.
4. convenience and safety can also be attributed while controlling some moving objects.
5. radio is relatively cheaper than tv.
6. radio is one of the best venue for religious broadcasting.
7. Another thing also, is that, tv composed of two radio frequencies. FM was used for its audio system while AM was used for it video sytem.

It is very difficult to drive and watch TV. Radio (sound only) is an excellent media when driver, jogging, etc.
Do you only watch Musical Videos? Or do you listen to music as well.

If B came from A, why is there still A...
Please, take some time...substitute whatever you desire for A and B. We'll talk about it later.
Much, much later.
