Just walk from the PATH.
From the WTC PATH Exit, once on the sidewalk, make a Right Turn till you get to the Corner of Church & Liberty (at the Burger King)
Make a Left and walk along Liberty Street, crossing Church Street, Broadway, Nassau Street, and Make a Right Turn on William Street.,
Chase Manhattan is at the corner of William and Cedar.

Isn't it like four blocks?

From the PATH station you walk down Liberty Street to Nassau Street and it should be right there. Let me use my 30 year old memory (I was a runner for a brokerage firm in NYC back in the 70s), coupled with my trip to Ground Zero in December 2005... Liberty Street crossing Greenwich, Church, Broadway, and then Nassau... that should be 1 Chase Manhattan...

You do need to take the PATH to WTC, though... making sure you get on the Red train that normally travels from Newark to WTC... there are three Jersey City stops... Journal Square, Grove Street, and Exchange Place.

I'm 99% sure this is right. I may be rusty, but the brain still works.

You really can't get there by subway. The only sensible way to do it is to walk down to Liberty St, and then East to Chase Plaza.
