i have no options. they don't even want to help me. the problem is! i am doing a course on a tuesday morning, which is when i sign as well. my college has said, that i can't leave the classroom, because it disrupts class and i am suppoosed to be study. i have another weekly review next tuesday, at the jobcentre and i also have an exam at the same time. the jobcentre has said that my appointment cannot be changed, because i am on a broken period and the college has said that the exam can't be set to a later date. my review time at the jobcentre is 12:25 and my exam starts at 12:00 and finishes at 2:30. i've been warned that if i am late again my claim will be closed.

It will be most probably. When youre on JSA the rule is you have to be available for work. This translates (very rigidly usually) into being available to see them whenever they want you to be there. If you dont attend at specific times they can stop/reduce your benefit (usually stop) for up to 26 weeks.
Its no use now, but at the start of the course, it would have been best to ask to change your signing time as you want to do a course to improve your prospects of gaining work. When I was at college a couple of lads had to leave half way through the year cos the jobcentre woulnt change their signing on day

tell them you have a job interview. They cant refuse you a different signing on time because after all the whole point is to get a job and give them one of your mates phone numbers if they ask for proof that you attended the interview and also the same with address if required.
