In some areas, mosquito or Mozzies as we call them can be in a plague condition. To try and reduce Mozzies around your house, get rid of any stagnant water that may be lying around in pots etc as mozzies breed in water.

As for repellents, there are so many different brands that you could try, keep trying each one that you can find to see which works best.

You could also wear jeans and long sleeves to cover up the skin are but is not really practical in the summer months.

Also, have a look at the below web site which gives you more info.

When I was a kid my mom always made us take Vitamin B1 for two weeks before we went camping. It has a really nasty metallic smell and it's supposed to make you smell the same way to the bugs so they won't be attracted to you. I don't remember if it worked that well (I just remember it tasted nasty!) but you could try it.
