Two quick and tasty pasta dishes:
Tuna Pasta:
Put a pan of pasta of your choice on to boil (I use pasta shells for this).
In another large pan, heat a little cooking oil and cook a chopped onion, a pepper (capsicum) that you've sliced then chopped into chunks and some sliced mushrooms. Add a tin of campbells condensed mushroom soup straight from the tin (do not add the water that you would to make soup from it), keep stirring to heat the sauce then add a drained tin of tuna and heat through. Drain the pasta and add to the mixture stirring it all through so that it's completely coated.
Pesto Pasta
Cook some pasta of your choice in a pan. When cooked drain and return to the pan. Stir in 2 or 3 teaspoons of green pesto and mix till completely covered then put on a plate. Grate some mature cheddar cheese on the top. So simple but really tasty - even my 6 year old eats every scrap!

How about a fry up? Like a weekend breakfast but for dinner instead, you know, bacon, eggs, sausages, grilled tomatoes, toast, beans etc??? Or a toad in the hole, that's sausages in batter, yum yum!!!! I sometimes just get chicken thighs and bake them with different seasoning, and have those with crusty fresh bread and salad. Or if I feel really extravagant, I go to the deli and have some pate, some brie, some good ham and some pasta salad with bread.

Any kind of veggie curry or chili con carne (obviously without the meat but with different kinds of beans) is pretty simple. Get a jar or two of curry paste and some chili and do some experiments. Have made some excellent grub that way because I used to have a vegan girlfriend. Best thing is you can make loads, portion it and freeze it and then microwave it when you want some.

Just recommend you some adds for the tea
1.- You can add a grain of black pepper to the water until is boiling.
2.- Or a little piece of ginger.
3.- Some drops (3) of orange flower water. (Very digestive)
4.- Some roses water drops. (Very aromatic)
You can prepare some parmesano cookies...

fry in olive oil, tin of chopped tomatoes, minced garlic, basil, oregano, red pepper flakes(to taste),capers, black olives, reduce down, add a splash of basalmic vinegar. While this is cooking, boil your pasta, toss in sauce and voila! To be fancy add grilled chicken, or mussels, or prawns, I also add a few splashes of vermouth if I'm feeling fancy! Super easy, quick and very delicious. It's like pizza, add or minus ingredients you like or dislike. This is my favorite dinner, I'm having it tonight.
