Where can I find theaters that play old movies in California?

If possible, as near to Valencia, CA (91355) as possible

Where don't they show old movies in LA?

Don't think there are any up there, unless College of the Canyons or CalArts shows films.

Try the Aero and Egyptian in Hollywood, the Alex in Glendale, the Nuart in Santa Monica. Also check out CSUN or any other college.
