I fell down some steps and now when i walk with shoes on or off it feels like there is a rock in my foot . What is this and is there away to fix it?

oh it is around where the arch of my foot is.

It can be a bone spur or a small fracture. There is also a bone in the foot that grows longer as a person ages.

If you fell down some steps and hurt your foot then theres probably a swolen bump on the bottom of your foot.check your foot carefully and make shure there is no bumps.if there is none and you still feel it then just be patient and it will probably go away eventually.

When people have bruises on the sole of their feet doctor's often refer to them as "stone bruises" this is because peolpe say it feels like they are walking on a rock. Just be paitient and wait for the swelling to go down . Ibuprofen may also help. Gold luck.

It might be a planters wart trying to work itself to the surface. If it is, it will hurt badly when it does. You'll probably have to go to a Doc to have it taken out. I hope it is just a wear spot.

Maybe there's a bump on your foot that's tender.
