I suggest trying all natural EZ-Gest which is very effective in providing digestive support. It's a five plant-based enzyme formula that alleviates belching, bloating, cramps and flatulence. You simply take one at the start of a meal.
Hope this is helpful and feel free to contact me with questions.

Many things can cause poor digestion, most commonly, lack of fiber that you would get from vegetables and whole grain. Increase those and see if you get results. Other causes can be allergies to certain foods, reactions like lactose intolerance (common in many ethnic and racial groups, esp. Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and Black. Try cutting out dairy products). There celiac disease (a reaction to wheat & gluten, common in those of Irish ancestry). This causes "irritable bowel" (cramping and even blockage of the intestine).
If changing your diet along these lines doesn't help, see a gastroenterologist ("stomach/intestine doctor). If you're over 50, get a colonoscopy (not fun but can detect colon cancer early, or other growths).
Another common cause of poor digestion is a high level of stress. Try some relaxation techniques and ridding your life of unnecessary stress or pushing yourself too hard.
Some people advocate colon cleansing, to remove toxins. They're probably right, but I think just eating better and less, and avoiding "trigger" foods, can help as much. Be sure to drink LOTS of water, too!
