I don't know if I'm sick, but I have a bad headache, which feels like I've been crying for a while or like ice is melting on my forehead. My throat is a little sore and I feel hungry (this might be because I didn't eat much lunch today)... Again, I might not be sick, it might just be a headache and hunger.. What do you think?

I also feel kind of weak and tired and my neck is sore as well.

Eat something. if you still don't feel better tomorrow call the doctor. No one in yahoo can diagnose you over the internet!

I'm not a doctor, so technically I can't diagnose anything.

Here's my suggestions about what could be going on:

Not eating can make you have a headache, so eat a little bit, and see how you do.

If you are running a fever that tends to make you really hungry.

Sleep! It's a great remedy for all that ails you, no matter what.. it's the time when the body is able to best rejuvenate itself, and that can make a world of difference.

A cold or the flu or just a muscle ache/strain could be responsible for the neck cramp.

All in all, if I were to guess.. I'd say you are getting the flu, a cold or some kind of infection. If you have a fever over 101 for 3 days or more, it's time to see a doctor.

Feel better and check into some natural remedies!

I am only commenting on the headache...
Muscles get knots called trigger points. These make the muscles tight causing them to press on nerves and other thing.
Pain can be referred from places other than the head.
#1 The first thing is to take a couple swigs of molasses or eat a couple of bananas. They contain magnisium and potassium both of which muscles need.
#2 WATER she should be drinking 1/2 gallon minimum. The head of neurology at UCDavis likens a body running low on water to a car running low on oil (the engine can seize).
Get a good (deep tissue) massage (to loosen the trigger points) on the back, shoulders and neck. Make sure to press up at the base of the skull where it meets the spine.
You rub or lightly scratch everywhere on your head. You will hit spots that are tender these are trigger points. The idea is to rub across them 6-12 times per session up to six times per day until they go away.
For more information on trigger points read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies.

First I want to tell you called at a very good time, as r symptoms
are signs of the flu, which came late this year. And when you can
catch it at the nick of time, you can avoid the future pain ahead.
Like coughing, vomiting, diarrhoea, etc.
Start with your throat as it's sore and that's where alot of the germs stem from, this sounds & tastses gross but with I teaspoon of salt and a medium size glass of water "stirred" you take and gargle your mouth with. This will conquer the bacteria in
thier a few times a day. Keep warm, drink lots of fluids and be sure not to swallow the warm salts, it's gross but IT WORKS!
Hope you caught it in time!
Best of Health,
Summer

Could be the onset of a cold. Sometimes if I don't eat I get a headache. I would try eating something and taking a couple ibuprofen tablets. See how you feel in the morning.

I think it could be a minor viral infection. Sore throat is usually due to a viral infection. Gargling with warm salty water or mouthwash can reduce the pain and inconvenience. You can find some good home remedies at http://ailments.in/sorethroat.html

Hunger can cause headaches, and stress can cause neck tension which results in headaches. An oncoming cold can also have create these symptoms.
For a complete diagnosis, you'll have to download my stethoscope first (just kidding - nobody can 'diagnose you' online!)

I would call your Dr and talk to the nurse, and if you don't have dr go go to the local e-care. Better safe than sorry!
