Spicy Chicken:
brown chicken breasts on both sides (I use a little olive oil). Throw a bottle of salsa on them, cover and simmer until chicken is cooked.
Serve with quesadillas...MMMMMMM.

Creamy Chicken:
brown chicken as above, throw a can of cream of mushroom (or chicken) soup on, simmer until cooked.

Either way, easy, inexpensive and done in 1 skillet!

You can make anything in that. That you can in a regular pot cept. Boil water. I use mine all the time. Burgers. Pork chops. Even a chinese dish we love. Sorry dont really have any recipes for you. Good Luck.

Pan fry some pork chops and make gravy out of the drippings. Yummy.

My husband uses it for breakfasts, stir-fries, or his potato hash. It's just cubed potatoes, minced onion, garlic, and leftover corned beef brisket, but you can use canned corned beef hash.
