Because it's not worth it. The amount of caffine in chocolate is tiny and not worth the hastle of trying to remove. If they did, you wouldn't be able to afford to buy it, the cost would just sky rocket.

I guess becasue there isn't that much caffiene in chocolate. I know I'm caffiene sensitive (can't drink coke or coffee etc) but I'm OK with chocolate, the amount is tiny.

Believe it or not, there just isn't that much demand. In part, because the amount of caffeine is low. A regular Hershey's bar has 10mg, which is about what a cup of decaf coffee has!

I wish you could too. the only decaffinated alternative is carob and it just isn't the same.
