Tell your doctor before you try to diagnose yourself. When you look at the list of symptoms, you could start seeing those symptoms in yourself, or you could start having them because you read about them. I'm a bit of a hypochondriac like that myself.

Anyway, those can be symptoms of OCD, but they're not the main symptoms. You need to have the obsessions and the compulsions in order to have OCD. Since you didn't mention any of those, if you have them they're probably not prevalent enough to be OCD.

Talk to your doctor. He/she will have ideas as to what's up, and whether you should talk to a therapist or not.

What you're descibing could b symptoms of various disorders. You definitely should visit a psychologist or mental health practinioner......don't diagnose yourself and don't take anyone's advice eccept an expert's! I'm a psychologist myself but need to know loads more before i can even begin to get a clearer picture!
