Im In Debt in the UK If i moved abroad to say spain would natwest bank or the collectors be able to trace me?

If I informed my family/friends not to tell the debt collectors if they phone the country i will be moving to surly it makes there job a hell lot harder? any thoughts on this?

Hell have no fury like a spurned creditor - they'll get you thru your passport, tax records etc. Go be nice to the big bad bank!
