No, not at all.
Maybe your sis could buy one of these books where they listed names and their meanings.

No. The kids in school would tease the child mercilessly. A shortened name for the child would be infant. That wuld really be a name the child would hate. Is there a family name that could be used, with some changing? Like, Robert would be Roberta, Or, a name in a favorite song of your sister's? How about Cecilia? Cee cee would be a nick name. Please, as you pick out a name, look at a shortened "nick name" as well. I wish you and your sister the best. Take care.

no you might as well sign up the poor girl now for many broken arms and black eyes she will be so unhappy with this name why do people when naming children not think about what is the lest painful name they can name a child as compared to how uncommon it is...i mean yes children can make fun of any name but its how and with how much harshness that needs to be considered especially when the teasing can get really mean and pain full like the name infantino can lead to you may have given her a uncommon name but also a huge complex so please think it through and sit around going hey what it is the worse they can call her and if its just silly but not scarring then you know it might be a possibility but with a name like infantino they would not have to think of to much as just naming her that will do the trick!!

Try to think of the nicknames from this: fanty, tino, Infy...none of these are good things.
Remember children and life in general are cruel...pick something she'll be able to:
a) spell in kindergarten
b) avoid getting beat down in the playground over
c) will allow her at least a first interview when she looks for jobs.

That is not a choice I would like. What about AYO, it means JOY, cute isn't it? it is a unisex name, for a boy or a girl!
