Best to check the car rental web-sites. See below for a few better known ones.
Be sure to check with the car rental company for other details, beside unlimited mileage. If you intend to do a one way cross country drive, ask about their drop off fee. That can cause hundreds of dollar! Also, let them know that you are planning for a state to state drive, there might be some restrictions, such as no off road drivng.
Some rental car companies only allow 28 days rental. If your journey is going to be more than that, asked how you can continue the rental without been charge at a higher rate or request a newer car to avoid mechanical problem on the road.

Um- you can't travel across the country in Hawaii- um..Hawaii is a state- and you can't even travel across the state by car since Hawaii is a series of islands in the middle of the ocean. Perhaps you posted in the wrong category?
