PAIN
Muscles get knots called trigger points. These make the muscles tight causing them to press on nerves and other thing.
Pain can be referred from places other than the head.
#1 The first thing is to take a couple swigs of molasses or eat a couple of bananas. They contain magnisium and potassium both of which muscles need.
#2 WATER she should be drinking 1/2 gallon minimum. The head of neurology at UCDavis likens a body running low on water to a car running low on oil (the engine can seize).
Get a good (deep tissue) massage (to loosen the trigger points) on the back, shoulders and neck. Make sure to press up at the base of the skull where it meets the spine.
You rub or lightly scratch everywhere on your head. You will hit spots that are tender these are trigger points. The idea is to rub across them 6-12 times per session up to six times per day until they go away.
For more information on trigger points read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies.

he doesnt feel good! that is the most obvious answer. i mean, i hate to be so blunt bout it, but when you have a head ache, or dont feel good, dont you get all frustrated and irritated at everyone? no one likes having a head ache, but when you have a girlfriend who wont leave you alone about it (worrying that hes mad) it would make it alot worse.
my advice? if he has a headache, give him a advil and a glass of water. turn the lights off and let him rest. when he feels better, he'll let you know. jus give him time so that the head ache can pass!
simple as pie, and no one's frustrated.
good luck

Even the slightest noise can be painful for a person with a headache. Try leaving him alone until it's gone.

Probably because you don't leave him alone. You may think that it's you, but it likely isn't. It becomes you when he keeps getting asked, "What's wrong" or whatever. If he's got a headache, try just saying "Ok, just let me know if you if you need anything" and then leave him be. He won't be irritable and your feeling won't get hurt.

People always take out their frustrations on people that they love the most. Its hard, but just try and leave him alone for a bit, and give him what he needs =)

Maybe it is your use of run-on sentences.

The first thing that you have to ask is that: are you doing something that irritates him? If you think not, it's just him. or maybe you just have to be observant. duh.
