I have tried minimizer bras but is there anything else. What is the best kind of minimizer?

I actually ended up getting a reduction because of that problem and haven't looked back since. But when I did have a top that was too big for my frame, I would always use sports bras and tried to work out my chest area and back, lower and upper to help support the weight. When I had to run, I used an ace bandage about three times around over my sports bra (adidas had the best ones with the most support) to help hold them down. If you don't want to end up getting surgery though, definitely work out your back (to prevent future pain/injuries) and chest areas so they will have enough muscle under to support them. Remember, V-necks are your enemy, along with button-up shirts and tube tops.

I also have a large bust and it makes finding shirts and dresses very difficult. To draw attention away from a large bust, pick something else on your body you want to highlight. If you like your legs, wear interesting prints and fabics on the bottom or a fly pair of heels. Portrait and boatneck necklines draw attention to your shoulders and above. Don't wear low, dangle earrings because they draw attention down. But most of all, accept your body and don't try to fight against it, you'll be much happier!

Lifting weights will make them smaller. Have you seen female body builders? They either have implants or a muscular flat chest.

Since breasts are made up of fat, try working out your upper body, not like those muscle women, but if you notice they hardly have any chest, so whatever they do it works.

I have a large "bust" too.
there;s not much you can do.
i mean if your overweight you can try loosing weight.
but if it's just natural it's not something we can fix.
