ok, so my fiance and i fianlly narrowed my choices down to 2 (for the most part, there's one we really like, but it's out of our price range) for the wedding dresses. in general, it'd be either a pale, cornflower blue type colour (not sure cornflwoer blue is the right shade...but it sounded pretty!) or ivory with blue accents and floral embroidery. which dress do you think would be a better choice? oh, and i'de change them both to a wider v-neckline!

I think the first is a little more like a wedding dress white with a train but the second would also be nice because it would be different from the everyday white wedding dress that alomst everyone gets

I don't like #2 at all, on any woman who is reasonably well endowed up top it will look top heavy. it is a toss up between 1 and 3 for me, I LOVE the bodice of #1 but I really don't like the skirt, and it is the opposite way around for #3. I lean more towards #3, but that might just be because my wedding dress has a skirt that is almost identical to it ( mine doesn't have the train) If you have any slight imperfections around the tummy area #3 is the way to go, that shaping works miracles on a flabby tummy!

I'm not really a fan of that style, but if those were my choices, I would say the first one. It looks closer to a traditional wedding gown, of course, I dont know what was traditional in Midevil times.

Congrads and good luck to you on getting engaged. I think that dress #2 is really nice. Also cornflower is a nice color, That is the color of my wedding cornflower and ivory.

I like the first one because it still has a hint of tradition, with the white, along with your personality ... see if a blue can be added instead of burgundy, if you favor that color over the other. Other than that, it looks beautiful!!! Congrats!

If I were to choose it would be the blue. I personally am not into gothic styles, but the blue really stands out. Good luck to you.
