Your dog may have a bladder or urinary infection of some kind. She may not be doing it intentionally. You should really consult your vet and have it checked out as soon as possible.
If its not an infection your dog is probably testing the boundaries.Toy breeds are sometimes stubborn with housebreaking, and she's probably testing her position in the "pack" and trying to see if she is above anyone now. For this, just make sure you keep and eye on her and interrupt her when she starts going (look for dedicated-nonstop sniffing near the door, circling and squatting). If you see her do one of these things, pick her up and put her outside. You can use a can of rocks or coins to get her attention and correct the behavior.
*NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER use a crate as a punishment. Do not put a dog in their crate for being bad, a crate is supposed to be a happy place. You can put her in there after she makes a mistake, but don't yell at her when she's in there or scold her right before you put her in.
*MAKE SURE you are using the correct cleaner to clean up her mistakes. A pet stain remover is what you should be using for two reasons:
1. It does not contain ammonia (which many dogs mistake for a urine scent).
2. It breaks down enzymes in a dogs waste. Just because you think it's clean doesn't mean that it is. The pet stain remover gets rid of the things people can't smell/see.
Finally, has it rained or snowed lately? Maybe she knows it has been raining, snowing or is cold and doesnt want to go out in it.

She's 6 months old it could be all of that cheese. I've learned through classes when your puppy does something good to pet them on the head and praise them. This will let them know that what there're doing is good and will continue to do it.
You do have to keep in mind she's a toy poodle and very young! Take her outside on your own so see if she does anything don't just wait for her to go to the door. This how they get familiar with using the bathroom outside. You're letting her tell you when she has to go then when she doesn't make it you scold her and put her outside...WOW you should her! Take control and take her outside every so often...don't wait for her to go to the door.

i've found a spray bottle helps here with this problem. When she does it, a spritz of clean water usually gives her the message that its bad along with a firm NO! from whoever's in charge. You could try and catch her before she does anything and then take her outside or keep a close eye on her for signs that she's giving
A spray bottle is a harmless reinforcement, its quick and usually catches the dog off guard without any harm to the animal. Placing a scent down where she goes will also deter her, i'd suggest malt vinegar or lemon spray as most dogs shy away from such scents
good luck

Stop scolding her. Take her out more often and reward her her with a loving pat and kind words , not food .Take her water and food bowl up at night time.I would wee wee if you scolded me too .She does not understand the scolding .It can take up to two years for a dogs bladder to mature and to have them potty trained .You might go to the library and get some books on dog training .

Have you checked with the vet. Sometimes, having accidents in the house can be the dogs way of letting you know that there is something medically wrong. Every time that our dog has an accident in the house, we always know that she has a urinary tract infection. Also, please don't use the kennel as a punishment place. If you have crate trained your dog, you don't want them to associate anything negative with their space. It also does no good to punish after the fact. If you catch her in the act tell her "no" and get her outside immediately.

Say "no", when she goes inside, but putting her in a cage after she does it does no good. The only way you can scold them is right in the act. She wont know that she is being put in the cage because she urinated on the floor.
When she goes inside say "no" then take her outside. When you get outside, praise her.
This will reinforce that going outside is good, going inside is bad.

Scolding is attention too-- the thing dog's love. You were right to fo the positive reinforcement for going outside, but you accidentally reinforced her going inside.
Also, you should take her out on a schedule. Same time every day, regardless of weather, etc.

okay here s were you went wrong you rewarded her for pottying in front of you!
regardless of being outside or not she now thinks that when she pottys for you she gets treats thats just how she sees it
okay so now what you need to do is take her out every few hours and after she goes potty outside reward her with praise dogs live to please
when she goes in the house you need to let her know your mad yell at her so loud she is tramatized scare her and take her out side in a rush make her stay out there untill she goes to the potty and praise her.
she will soon put two and two together and relize "hey when i pee pee out side they like it and when i peepee inside they punish me..."
in potty training never involve treats praise is gonna have to be enough
good luck and i hope this helps

confine her to an area where it's okay for her to make a mess. then retrain from the beginning. DO NOT LOCK her in her crate for being bad. this will set her mind that being the in the crate is a negative thing.
get a spray that is meant for potty training purpose. we bought it and sprayed it in an area. it works. it actually smells like urine.
