buy a toothbrush with "soft-bristtle" labeled on it. because if you continue to use brushes that's not soft-bristtled then it will damage your teeth in the long run. do not chew on the bristles (just like my niece because the bristles of the brush would shrink and it will be hardened)
>also change your toothbrush every 2-4 months if you see that your brush is getting harder you better change it. it's better to sacrifice a little money and save your teeth.

You should only have a toothbrush for about a month. In other words you toothbrush needs to be replace every 30 days. They don't work as well after 30 days, so I would just buy a new tooth brush. If your having everyday problems it is because you have a build up of toothpaste, and should rinse your tooth brush after every use.

ALWAYS use a soft tooth brush. If your dentist does not give you a soft brush, go by one. If prefer the soft brush made by Oral-B.
Soft brushes clean much better than medium or hard brushes. The stiffer brushes bounce off of the high spots and miss the deep areas where food tends to collect. Also, you should always brush your gingiva, (gums), and soft brushed do a better job of this as well.

My dentist stated that i exploit an Oral-B greater desirable-mushy brush, that's even softer than a mushy brush. additionally, finding on your age and mouth configuration, evaluate utilising a #40 or #40 4 brush. Oral-B additionally has an ergonomic guard for convenience jointly as brushing.
