You can pray, always, anywhere, anytime. And further more, here is an interview with God that you can view to give you ideas, it's really good. Nondenominational, it is just for everyone.

Talking with God is simple. Many examples of it within scripture. All you have to do is talk to Him. Usually this is called prayer. It can be done by speaking out loud or silently from within. Position that you are in while doing so doesn't matter. You can kneel, stand, be laying down - it doesn't matter. Doesn't matter the time of day as the examples within scripture show praying in the morning, noon, and night - to even the middle of the night.
All you do is - talk. He is more than willing to listen. In fact, He has been waiting.

It is a very simple thing to do.
First separate yourself from distractions and then open your heart to God. Speak plainly and from the heart. God knows all that you think, feel, fear. hope, etc. Prayer is simply so that you can humble yourself to the Lord and recognize that he is the King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

clean ur heart, and stop sinning, and talk to God honestly in the middle of the night (3am-5am).
