He likes me and I see him a lot when I go over to his house. He is 15, and he is sweet and funny. I need to know how to get him alone because when I am at his house, we are around his family. And why does everyone keep saying that we are too young to date?

Everyone keeps saying that you are too young to date because you are. You are not too young to "hang out in a place where you eat"...see where I'm going with this?
Take him and a few friends out for pizza, a mix of his and your friends...then when everyone else is busy eating...take him aside and talk to him about what you feel.
The way I see it, and I hate to rain on your parade, but you are a little young at 13 to be dating a 15 year old guy. At 14 I dated a 16 year old and it seemed really old for me, because he had two years more of dating experience than me.
Don't go out with him just yet.

This is an individual answer to whom it concerns, well, I like a guy who is 10 years younger than I am!
I'm also a little over 40, and age doesn't matter; it's the person and how you get along and hit it off!
At 15 though, it's a little young yet for dating! You need to wait about 5 more years and put your School studies and grades first; establish yourself!

you're both too young to date! you should wait until you are at least 16 - he can't even drive yet! go paint your toenails and eat cheetos like every other normal teenie bopper.
