Metropole is nice, and affordable, my husband and I always stay at the Snug harbor INN, it has beautiful rooms that are decorated each in a different style. They serve wine and cheese in the evening and breakfast in bed every morning! Complete with home made bread! we love it....Bring ear plugs during spring break as the crowds get a bit noisy....otherwise it is luxury at its finest! Have a wonderful weekend and rent a golf cart and toot around in it to see the island...its a blast!

Hey Bro... Catalina in a pretty romantic place (good choice) why not try Seaport Village Inn Avalon or Zane Grey Pueblo Hotel (this place is kinda away from downtown but that what make it great)

I have gone there and found all of the place very nice. check out the AAA book and then go for it.
