There is this really awesome guy in my LA and Lit class that I really care about. He's not the most gorgeous guy but he's got the sweetest personality. We flirt sometimes in Algebra but I can't tell that he is really interested. He teases me and I play along right back. But he's also really shy and kinda akward, even though everyone loves him. I really wish that we could become closer but I'm not allow to ask guys out. Any advice please?

Show him that you are interested by making eye contact, smiling, flirting, and being very interested when talking to him. You could even invite him to hang out with you and your friends whenever you go out. If you do all that then he should get the hint that you like him and he'll ask you out. :)

the same thing is happening with me. We both like each other but we are to scared to ask each other out. What I would do if i were you is that i would ask him out. Just go for it! You never know what will happen. I am going to ask the guy i like out tomarrow. I can e-mail you and tell you if it works out. If it works for me I am pretty sure it will work for you. But the truth is that you should ask him if you want to. guys are not that good at asking a girl out.

Not allowed to ask him out? Why? You could always say, "hey, lets go for a pop (soda)" That would not really be asking him out. Same as with any friend, male of female. A friendly gesture, not a date. Then maybe he will ask you out.

just make a reference to him that you're planning to go out somewhere even if you don't have plans then ask him if he wants to join you he probaly doesn't know you're interested in him

You should say to him "sometimes it seems like you really like me. why haven't you asked me out?"
He'll either ask you out or answer the question. If he asks you out, say yes. If he answers the question say "well, at least now i know. thanks"
