R-U-N like mad in the opposite direction. Believe me, there's nothing like feeding a guy's ego and that is what you have done. He'll keep you hanging on as "back-up" till you and he are both 90 yrs old or older.

Seriously, let it go. If he becomes single (and make sure that he is) then take a chance. Don't be a "hang-on".

Your age would really help us answer this question, like many of the singles questions....since different answers would apply to different ages....

I'll bet HE is confused now...he's got two ladies interested in him, and he obviously likes both. Time will determine who becomes the long term romance and who remains, hopefully, a friend.....I'm a bit concerned that he only mentioned your beauty, and not the WHOLE YOU>>>>>>

It sounds like he really likes you, give him some time and he will probably leave the other girl for you, it depends on how serious he is with her. Keep talking to him but don't pressure him, the only thing you need to be careful of is being considered the "other woman"

If he's only been with this person a month, he should actually be able toi make a decision as to what he wants to do. Indecisiveness can bea sign of selfishness, I'd move on if I were you.

The ball is in his court not yours. There is nothing you can do. If you force him to break up with the other girl it might cause comotion. He will have to decide for himself who he wants to be with more. I wouldn't push him into any decisions or it might backfire on you some day.
