Are you asking what was our personal motivation, or what is the motivation we use for everyone else to convert? My personal motivation was Biblical time prophecies that I couldn't deny. It's mathemetical, and numbers don't lie.
What is the motivation that I use for everyone else? I don't try to convert anyone, I just point. If someone doesn't want to hear it, so be it. If someone is curious, I'll share. However, here in Answers, we're free to share whether we're asked or not, so I do. I point, I throw the seeds out. If someone, even one person, grasps one, cool! Most won't, but I pray that at least one does.
Motivation: My religion's central theme is UNITY.Unity in diversity, unity of race, unity of religion, unity of science and religion, and the equality of women and men.

If somebody decides my religion is worth joining, then okey-doke. It works for me, and I like it. But I don't proselytize, I don't witness, I don't do any of that stuff.
If somebody asks me about my beliefs, I'll explain them (well, not here, I mean, in real life. My widdle fingers can only type so much.) But otherwise, I say, live and let live. I comment on beliefs, I have opinions, I feel mine is right, but if somebody is really doing well in another religion, then that's fine.
There's more than one path to the truth/light/divinity (whatever you think of it as.) But if somebody's evil, I'd certainly prefer they change whatever they happen to believe to something that makes them easier to live with.
I mean, other religions are OK if people are good. But if they're bad religions, well, the proof's in the pudding. I would be very suspicious of a bad person's religion if it helped them be more bad. But most bad people either aren't religious, or claim to be religious but actually aren't.
Uh, be like me because I'm good? That's a good motivation.

None. In Judaism, we are all equal in the eyes of God -- no eternal punishment for any of God's children and all the righteous of the nations have a share in the world to come.

Saved my soul from torture of Hell. Plus I knew I was committing a sin when I was a Christian for worshiping Isa(PBUH*) as God so I reverted to Islam.

It's not about religion. It's about accepting Jesus as your personal savior, and trusting God. It's a personal relationship, not some stuffy, hypocritical religion.

i don't get this either. why do people feel the need to "witness" I can't stand it. and it's not always upfront, sometimes its sneaky, and that pisses me off more.
this friend of mine in h.s. said that his church was having a pizza party and there was a xian band playing and asked if i would go. i said yeah as long as there was no shoving stuff down your throat.. HUGE MISTAKE...it turned out to be one of those baptist mega churches and we had to watch a bunch of people get baptized and sit there for 4 hours. ugh, sneaky baptists.

All those who send J.R. "Bob" Dobbs money are rewarded with slack...and we mutants who accept him will be taken to the Sex Goddess when X-Day comes.
Isn't that much more direct then most other salvation pitches?

The Almighty YHVH set up a system. He sent His “Son” YAHOSHUA to die for the sins of mankind so they would not have to. (They could choose to, but did not have to). Any person who chooses not to allow Yahoshua to take care of their sins, chooses to remain attached to their sins. They thus will wind up in the lake of fire which is YHVH’s method of cleaning this world, and eliminating sin and sinners. The Creator set aside the Seventh day for rest and worship. Yes that is the day usually called “Saturday”. We are not saved by obedience, we are saved by faith. However we are saved FOR obedience. As He said in John 14:15 (and in many other places) “If you love me, keep my commandments.
Churchianity is a pagan religion. The only thing that will change a person is the indwelling savior Yahoshua. Obviously that is rare in this sinful world.
