Hello "disfigure". Above all try to find the root of the problems. Find the causes that are making you feel so stressed. Relax, take a bath, get involved in many activities, exercise, do Yoga, acupuncture- See if it is your work that is making you so stressed. Look for professional help. Sleep well. I went through a nervous breakdown last year. I started allucinating, could not eat, could not talk to anyone. Is the most horrible thing. I regret not having stopped what was stressing me at that moment. Do a stop in your life. Argentox2@yahoo.com.

You may not want to hear about positive thinking but it is what you have to do. I know what you are going through. Some type medication may be needed to calm you enough to gather all those thoughts and let you get enough healing rest. You need to to try to think and act like you are already at the place you want to be. You have to really want it and ask yourself for it. Think about your happiness more. Meditate. Realize the things you can and cannot change. Small changes, small decisions at first will lead to bigger changes in your life. You can literally "start over". Above all, see a Dr.

I had a shrink tell me one time there was no such thing as a nervous breakdown. You are obviously under some sort of stress or anxiety. Maybe talk to your dr and see if he can give you something to relax a bit. Do you have a friend or someone to talk to? Sometimes if you just get out of your own head, it helps.

you want to communicate those subject matters with a medical professional. i have not in any respect heard of a drugs in trouble-free terms operating for an hour an afternoon. per chance you're on the incorrect doseage, or you would prefer to attempt some thing diverse. drugs can take WEEKS basically to initiate operating. Wellbutrin is not any exception, and it would not initiate operating after the first day. you are able to trust it does, yet our minds are very effective at the same time as it is composed of taking a pill... from time to time we instanly initiate feeling more beneficial advantageous. Anti-depressant drugs do must be taken on a commonplace foundation, so that they stay in our structures. If we omit doseages, we are no longer holding a consistent bypass of the med in our bodies. from time to time people have subject matters with remembering to take their drugs as prescribed. i'd also advise communicate treatment... that is a few thing to judge. when you're hectic and anxious, there is possibly an underlying reason. from time to time it helps to learn some coping skills and to target to confront our complications and fears. i'm talking from adventure.. basically did not pull this assistance out of the air. I honestly desire you'll initiate feeling more beneficial advantageous, hon... and that you'll communicate alternatives including your medical professional. that is alright to ask questions, also. take care.

Go seek out some professional help. Your family and friends may not have the resources to trully help you in the way that you may need. If you do not have the money to seek out a private counselor most areas have agencies that can hook you up with somebody. Hope this helps...best wishes...

Try to stand back, mentally, and observe your thoughts. Take a step back and just watch your thoughts happening. The fact that you can watch them proves that YOU are not your thoughts. So no matter what terrible things are going on in your life, you can take a step back within your mind, take a deep breath, and just observe them. Acknowledge that they are happening, and then decide on a calm way to respond. Good luck.

First you should see a counselor. Take relaxation talk someone else like your family member or friends. Not to be worried of everything. Maybe hit the gym & bring a friend to make you busy.
