If you have truly tried ALL products, I'm thinking you are talking about cat urine, as it is most stubborn to get out. If you truly trying to "take out" the smell, you will need to rip up the carpet, wash the plywood or sub flooring with diluted vinegar and water (and second time with floor cleaner) and rinse well. Once dry, purchase a wood sealer and apply as directed. Replace flooring.
If a cat has urine tract infections they will go all over the place. This needs to be addressed if an issue, so the problem doesn't reoccur.
It can be expensive and labour intensive, but it's the only way to truly correct the problem and not disguise it.

If you can't get it out with Urine Out, or similar products available at the pet store, the problem might be that the urine has soaked down into the carpet pad.
If that's the case, get them professionally cleaned and let the carpet cleaner know you're got a problem with urine - They have special industrial-grade products that work very well.

so have you tried Simple Solution? It smells way better than Natures Miracle, which to me smells like pure rubbing alcohol. I wouldn't want my pets breathing or licking that stuff off their feet after they walked over the spot you just cleaned. Simple Solution is safe to use around pets, unlike febreeze which can cause bad skin problems. Check out the site I posted below...then check out the Simple Solution site for some FAQs and I think you will choose it. This stuff really works! I know I did after also trying numerous products. I but it by the gallon from the pet store, and pour it (just a little depending on the load size) directly into my washing machine when I wash my dogs bedding and clothes, (and I put the water temp. on warm to kill the germs) with just a drop of my detergent (Tide) and no Softener! I found my dogs to have a skin problem with this, as it made them really itchy when they laid on their beds or pillows. I like to was their bedding when they get a bath. If they go on their bedding right after they just had a bath (and you know they will) they'll stink all over again. I hope this works for you! :)

You need something with an enzyme in it. Amylase or protease work best, but I'm not sure if they still sell products with either of those anymore. Just look for a product that says it breaks down the urine & then absorbs it (that's what the enzymes do).
Everything else just seems to cover the smell & make it worse w/o actually getting rid of it.

Generously pour baking soda over it and let it sit for a few days, then vacuum up. My sister had this problem with dog urine in her bedroom carpet. Nothing worked, not even a professional cleaning.
Baking soda did the job! It's great! Good luck!

allow carpet to dry completely, then hoover again
4]
]If you use a steam cleaner , PUT a little white vinegar,
in the water tank for your final clean
5]
spray the carpet lightly
,with 50% white vinegar and water ,
( DO NOT soak )
Once per week for a while
NOTE;
This will completely ,deodorize the carpet.
also ,as vinegar is not pleasant for dogs and cats ,

Clean the area with a solution of vinegar and water. Lift the carpet, if possible ,to allow this to dry thoroughly. When dry, dump baking soda over the area. Allow the baking soda to absorb the odor for about 1/2 hour and vacuum.

natures miracle. It's a great product you can get at the pet store. I use it all the time because of a dumb dog that I have. But, I love her so I guess I'm stuck. Follow the directions. It works great.
