You could ask Olive Garden if they are selling them, many restaurants sell pictures that they have hanging on the walls. If they are not selling it or it's not a price that you're willing to pay, you could go to an art store (gallery type place) and they offten have a wide collection of art that i'm sure they'll have something aobut Italy.

There are several differnt ways this can be done... 1. Use a film camera with black and white film. 2. Change the settings on your digital camera to black and white. 3. Convert your color image into black and white in post production (this is the most preferred way)... I like to use Photoshop.

cheap resolution...
download a pic from the internet,and go to Staples to have it blown up to poster size...works very well,costs about 12 bucks....
