i would make an antipasto platter. just take a foil pan and line it with leaf lettuce. next arrange rolled up Italian meats like salami, capacola, procuitto and cubed pepperoni. in some of the meat rolls, i put a slice of provelone. in one place on the tray, add a pile of marinated artichokes(drained), and in another place add a pile of marinated mushrooms (drained) and another place add a pile of roasted red peppers (again drained) next throw some cubed mozzerella and provolone around the tray and then sprinkle some oregano and basil on top. It is very impressive and yummy!

Mini-Quiches

Ingredients:
8 oz Cottage cheese-small curd
1/4 c Sour cream
4 oz Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c Bisquick (or the like)
1/4 c Melted butter
3 Eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients with
Electric mixer. Grease mini-muffin tins or use Teflon ones.
Fill 3/4 full. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until brown.
Hints: Add onion, bacon, mushrooms, etc. May be frozen.
Reheat at 300 degrees or microwave for 3 minutes on high.
Note: These are great! Be sure to add cooked bacon and
Some diced onion. This recipe only makes about
1 1/2 Dozen so be sure to at least double!

I would supply several gallons of beer to each person so they will not know what:
bazked zita is.
Meatballs & Bread go well with beer
