the best one out there is the Homedics shiatsu massager, I think it's 99.99 (not on sale)....

Any pharmacy should be able to get some....
Muscles can have knots (trigger points) that make them tight which in turn put pressure on nerves and other things causing pain.
Molasses - a couple of swigs or Bananas 1 or 2 - both contain magnesium and potassium for muscles.
Try working with the principles taught in The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies.
I use a chiropractor and massage therapist with it

Where i live there is a store called brookstone. It is also online so you could purchase it online. They have every need for massages there. Check it out its wonderful.

try walmart if you dont want to spend alot of money or go to a mall there are always good ones in there
